Emotional Abusers Trap

What I really liked about this read, was the fact that it touched based on how trying to explain what is happening to you can become flipped and used against you.  I can’t tell you how many times I tried to explain to people what I was feeling or what I knew was happening and they thought I was lying, they looked at me with this blank stare, like a deer in headlights, and most likely wondering if maybe I was the crazy one.  If you are going to seek help, or speak to friends, family etc, make sure these people understand cluster B personality disorders, or they may think you’re loosing your mind, trust me, it’s happened to me many many times!
